We do not support this, however if you want to include one and track users yourself, you can manually. Note that in order to be GDPR compliant you must get the user to opt-in to tracking first.

No. Only Transactional Emails are supported. MailPace is designed for transactional emails like password resets, notifications, OTP codes, and welcome emails - not bulk marketing campaigns.
